Dear Valued Customers,

The Hata platform will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance on 24 October (Thursday), 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (GMT+8).

For optimal experience, it is recommended that users complete necessary actions before or after the scheduled maintenance.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note:

- Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.

- The duration of the scheduled maintenance is based on our best estimates and may vary. All impacted services will resume once the maintenance is complete. There will be no further announcement.
