Crypto Withdrawal Fees on Hata
- What are crypto withdrawal fees?
Performing transactions to withdraw crypto to addresses outside of Hata typically incur a “transaction fee” or “network fee”. This fee is not paid to Hata but to “miners” or “validators”, who are responsible for processing transactions and securing the respective blockchain network.
Hata must pay these fees to miners to ensure that the transactions are processed. Since transaction fees are dynamic, you will be charged according to the current network conditions. The fee charged is based on an estimate of the network transaction fees and it may fluctuate without notice due to factors such as network congestion. Kindly check the most updated fee listed on each withdrawal page.
- Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
There is a minimum amount for each withdrawal request. If the amount is too little, you will not be able to request a withdrawal. You may refer to Hata’s fees page to check the minimum withdrawal amount and transaction fees for each type of cryptocurrency available on Hata. However, please note that the minimum withdrawal amount and fees changes without notice due to unforeseeable factors such as network congestion.
You may also see the current transaction fees charged and the minimum withdrawal amount when you perform a withdrawal transaction on Hata.
Note: Minimum withdrawal amount and fee is dependent on the type of network you are using.
Therefore, ensure that you select the correct network. For example, if the address you are withdrawing to is an ERC20 address (Ethereum blockchain), you MUST select the ERC20 option before withdrawing your assets. You MUST select the network that is compatible with the withdrawal address. If you select the wrong network, you will lose your funds.
Note: The below is subject to change without notice and may not always be updated. Please sign in to your Hata account to see the most current information listed on each deposit page.
Currency | Method | Withdrawal Fee | Minimum Withdrawal |
Bitcoin | Send to BTC Address | Dynamic** | See Hata Fees Page |
Ethereum | Send to ETH Address | Dynamic** | See Hata Fees Page |
XRP | Send to XRP Address | Dynamic** | See Hata Fees Page |
** The fee varies dynamically depending on the network and network traffic conditions.
