What is the Hata Affiliate Programme?

The Hata Affiliate Programme is our way of rewarding users for spreading the word about Hata. When you invite friends to trade on the Hata Exchange or via the Hata Instant Buy/Sell, both you and your invitees get to earn together! It’s simple, transparent, and mutually rewarding.

How does the Affiliate Programme work?

When you invite someone to Hata and they trade on the Hata Exchange or Hata Instant Buy/Sell:

• You earn 10% of their trading fees.

• They get 10% back on their own trading fees as a rebate.

It’s a win-win! The more your invitees trade, the more everyone benefits.

Can invitees also invite others?

Absolutely! Once your invitee becomes a Hata user, they can invite their own friends and start earning 10% from those new users' trading fees too.

What platforms or products does this apply to?

The Hata Affiliate Programme currently applies to:

• Hata Exchange (Spot trading)

• Hata Instant Buy/Sell

Every time a referred user trades on these platforms, affiliate rewards are generated.

How are rewards calculated?

Rewards are calculated based on the trading fees paid by your invitee. Here’s a quick example:

• If your invitee trades on Hata Instant Buy/Sell and pays a $10 fee,

  • You earn $1 (10% of their fee)

  • They receive a $1 rebate (10% of their own fee)

Note: Rewards are paid out in the same currency as the trading fee every month.

For example:

• If the trading fee is paid in crypto (e.g. during a Buy transaction), your reward will be paid out in crypto.

• If the trading fee is paid in fiat (e.g. during a Sell transaction), your reward will be in fiat.

Where can I find my referral link?

You can find your referral link directly in the Hata app or web platform:

1. Go to the [Referral Rewards] section in your [Profile] page.

2. Click on [Refer Friends] and obtain your unique link to share it with your friends.

3. Track your rewards through your dashboard.

Is there a limit to how many people I can invite?

Nope! Invite as many people as you like. The more people you refer who actively trade, the more you earn.

When are rewards distributed?

Referral rewards and trading rebates are typically automatically distributed monthly into your Crypto Wallet. You can view the rewards earned under your Referral Rewards dashboard.

You may also verify to see if you have received your rewards by checking your [Transaction History] under the [Rewards] section.

Do rewards expire?

As long as your invitees continue to trade, your earnings continue too. There’s no expiry on your referral earnings as they are paid out directly into your Crypto Wallet by Hata.

Who is eligible to join?

All verified Hata users are eligible to join the Hata Affiliate Programme.

To ensure the referral is valid, the invitee must:

• Register using your affiliate code within 30 days of signing up.

• Have not entered a Buddy Bonus code previously.

• Or, if they do enter an affiliate code, it must belong to a user who signed up before them.

Once these conditions are met, both the inviter and invitee are eligible to receive rewards.

Note: Existing users who have already entered an affiliate code will automatically be enrolled under the new Hata Affiliate Programme structure — no further action needed.

Is this the same as the Hata Buddy Bonus?

Not quite. While both are part of our broader Hata Referral Rewards Programme, the Affiliate Programme is ongoing and tied to trading activity, whereas the Hata Buddy Bonus may refer to limited-time bonuses or other referral promotions.

What’s the difference between the new and old Affiliate Programme?

We’ve upgraded the Hata Affiliate Programme to make it more inclusive and rewarding for everyone — both the inviter and the invitee.
