You may check the status of your identity verification after you have submitted your information to Hata.
- Navigate to hata.io, login into your Hata account. Under [Profile], select [Security]. You can see the overall status of your verification here. Verification statuses can be categorized into:
- Approved: Your identity verification has been approved. You may begin trading with your Hata account.
- Rejected: Your identity verification requires more information. Please re-submit your information.
- Pending: You have yet to submit your identity verification. Please complete the identity verification process.
- Incomplete: You have paused submission of your identity verification. Please continue and submit your identity verification information.
- If you wish to see in detail, select [Identity Verification Status].
- You can see the breakdown of information required to be submitted to Hata in order to complete the identity verification process.
- Please complete your identity verification to enable trading on your Hata account.
