In the event you wish to change your identity information due to the following reasons below:
The document has expired;
The name of the document has changed;
The ID number on the document has changed;
The nationality has changed;
Update or replace your existing documents to meet specific fiat channels’ requirements;
Change the name to a system recognizable language (e.g., from local-language ID card to English-language passport);
Update documents to meet Hata’s requirements.
You may contact Hata’s customer support by submitting a ticket on Hata's Helpdesk Portal.
Please enter your email address that is registered with your Hata account and describe your situation. Attach your new identity verification document below the description and click [Send]. A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.
Important Note: You cannot substitute another person’s ID with your ID or transfer your account to another person.
