How to Switch Platforms Between Hata Malaysia and Hata Global

Overview

If you’ve registered and activated both Hata Malaysia and Hata Global, you can easily switch between the two platforms within your Hata app.

Before You Begin

To switch platforms, both your Hata Malaysia and Hata Global accounts must be activated using the same account

How to Switch Platforms in the Hata App

  1. Open the Hata app.
     Ensure you're using the latest version of the app.

  2. Go to the Account tab or by clicking the flag icon
     Tap the ? Profile icon in the top left corner or flag icon on the top right corner

  3. Select “Platform.”
     You’ll see this option in the selection list, select 'Platform'

  4. Choose the platform you want to switch to - either Hata Malaysia or Hata Global.

  5. Platform Switch
     The app will reload and bring you to the selected platform’s dashboard.




 A Few Things to Note

  • Your wallet balance, transaction history, and services are separate for Hata Malaysia and Hata Global.

  • Make sure you understand which platform you're on before making a transaction.

  • Some features, currencies, and fees may differ between platforms.
