Welcome to Hata.io!

Let’s get started with 5 quick and easy steps:

  • Step 1: Register your Hata Account
  • Step 2: Complete your Identity Verification
  • Step 3: Deposit cryptocurrency
  • Step 4: Buy cryptocurrency
  • Step 5: Explore Hata’s products

Step 1: Register Account

Register an Hata account from the Hata App or Hata website with your email address.

Step 2: Complete Verification

Identity Verification must be completed on your Hata account to enable deposit and withdrawal of fiat currency. This process normally takes a few minutes to complete as it verifies your basic account information, ID documentation, your uploaded selfie/portrait and proof of wealth.

Kindly ensure your Hata account is secure - while we do everything to keep your account secure, you can take extra security measures to secure your Hata account. For more information, please refer to "Hata Account Security Tips" under Security section in the FAQ.

Step 3: Deposit Cryptocurrency

If you already have crypto in another wallet, you can deposit them into your Hata Wallet. Please refer to "How to Deposit Cryptocurrency" article under Crypto Deposit/Withdrawal section in the FAQ for more information on how you can deposit your crypto on your Hata account.

If you do not know what crypto wallets are, please refer to Hata's explore page at https://explore.hata.io to learn more.

Important Note:

  • NEVER share your Hata Account/Wallet passwords, private keys or 2FA codes with anyone.

  • Hata will NEVER ask users to disclose sensitive information.

Step 4: Buy Crypto

Deposit Fiat

You can deposit USD fiat currencies into your Hata account using bank transfer. Once deposited, you can use them to buy crypto directly

Step 5: Explore Hata’s Products

Hata has many different cryptocurrencies that users can trade with on the Hata Website and App. These supported currencies are displayed on Hata's market page.

Important Note: Trading crypto currencies involves significant risks and can result in the loss of your capital. You should always perform your own research (DYOR) to understand the risks involved before you trade with your Hata Account.
