How to Register for a Personal Account on Hata

You may select your preferred registration method either with your Email address or Google Account.

For Email Address :

Note:

Your password must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one symbol, one lowercase letter and one number.

Read Hata’s terms of service and privacy policy, click the checkbox and complete the captcha then click [Sign Up].

You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter the code within 30 minutes and click [Submit].

After your email has been verified, you are required to enter your phone number to register for Two-Factor Authentication(2FA). Please input your phone number with your country code (i.e:+60 123456789).

For Google Account :

If you select Google account as your registration method, select [Google]. A new tab will appear and redirect you to your Google Account page.

Select your preferred account to sign up with and follow the instructions to complete the Google Account registration process.

Next, new users are required to perform Identity Verification by providing their basic personal information, address, occupation, proof of address, selfie and proof of wealth (for Malaysians only).
