- If you wish to bind your email address and phone number to your new account, but they have already been registered in another account, you can contact Hata Customer Service by submitting a ticket on Hata's Helpdesk.
- A Hata customer service representative will contact you to perform some security verification procedures and assist you with migrating your email address and phone number to your designated account.
Note:
- You can only migrate your phone number and email address. You cannot delete your account, reset Identity Verification (KYC process) or transfer assets through this migration process.
- Users are required to bind their phone number and email address to the migrating account first. If you have only bound your phone number or email address to your migrating account, you cannot migrate them.
- You can only perform Identity Verification for one Hata account. All user accounts are required to be verified to access Hata’s products and services, including crypto deposits and withdrawals. Therefore, it is recommended that you migrate your email address and phone number to a verified account.
