If you already have a verified Hata Malaysia account and wish to activate your Hata Global account, you can do so by submitting a request through our Customer Support team.
Please note that this is a manual activation process. Once submitted, our team will review and process your request within 1-3 working days. During periods of high ticket volume, processing may take slightly longer - we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If your Hata Malaysia account is already verified, you will need to provide us your consent to transfer your KYC information from Hata Malaysia to Hata Global for account opening.

Step-by-Step: Submitting a Global Account Activation Request
Visit our Help Center and select Submit a Ticket.
Under the Type dropdown menu, select “Hata Global Activation Request.”
In the message section, provide any relevant information (e.g., confirmation that you already have a verified Hata Malaysia account) and that you want to activate your Hata Global account
Click Submit to send your request.
