If you have accidentally deposited an amount below the minimum deposit limit, don’t worry! While these deposits are not automatically credited to your account, we now offer a manual recovery process to help you recover your funds.
Eligibility for Recovery
To qualify for recovery, the following conditions must be met:
✅ You must make a new deposit that meets or exceeds the minimum deposit requirement.
✅ The new deposit must be in the same cryptocurrency and sent to the same wallet address.
✅ You must provide a valid Transaction ID (TXID) of the original below-minimum deposit and subsequent above minimum deposit
✅ The transaction must be confirmed on the blockchain.
Steps to Recover Your Below-Minimum Deposit
1️. Make a New Deposit Above the Minimum Requirement
Before requesting a recovery, ensure that you have deposited a new amount that meets or exceeds the minimum deposit threshold for your cryptocurrency.
You can check the current minimum deposit requirements on the Deposit Fees Page or within the ‘Receive’ section of your wallet.
2️. Submit a Support Request
Once your new deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, submit a request to our Customer Support team (https://support.hata.io/support/tickets/new)
Provide the following details in your request:
TXID of the below-minimum deposit
TXID of the new deposit (which meets the minimum requirement) and/or
A screenshot of both transactions (must show full TXID) from your wallet or block explorer
3. Manual Verification & Recovery
Our team will manually verify your request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
If approved, your below-minimum deposit will be credited to your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once the recovery is completed.
Important Notes:
⚠ Processing Time: As this is a manual process, recovery requests may take 1-3 business days to be reviewed and completed. (barring potential delays during high queue volumes)
⚠ Incomplete Requests: Requests with missing or incorrect details may result in delays or rejection. Please ensure all required information is provided accurately.

Kelayakan untuk Pemulihan

Langkah-langkah untuk Memulihkan Deposit Bawah Had Minimum
1️. Buat Deposit Baru Melebihi Had Minimum
Sebelum menghantar permohonan pemulihan, pastikan anda telah membuat deposit baru yang memenuhi atau melebihi jumlah deposit minimum yang ditetapkan untuk mata wang kripto anda.
Anda boleh menyemak keperluan deposit minimum semasa di Halaman Yuran Deposit atau di bahagian ‘Terima’ dalam dompet anda.
2️. Hantar Permohonan Sokongan
Setelah deposit baru anda disahkan di blockchain, hantarkan permohonan kepada pasukan Sokongan Pelanggan (https://support.hata.io/support/tickets/new)
Pastikan anda memberikan maklumat berikut dalam permohonan anda:
TXID deposit bawah had minimum
TXID deposit baru (yang memenuhi keperluan minimum) atau/dan
Tangkapan skrin kedua-dua transaksi daripada dompet anda atau block explorer
3️. Semakan Manual & Pemulihan Dana
Pasukan kami akan menyemak permohonan anda secara manual untuk memastikan ia memenuhi syarat kelayakan.
Jika permohonan diluluskan, deposit bawah had minimum anda akan dikreditkan ke akaun Hata anda.
Anda akan menerima pengesahan melalui e-mel setelah pemulihan selesai.
Perkara Penting Yang Perlu Diketahui:
⚠ Masa Pemprosesan: Memandangkan ini adalah proses manual, permohonan pemulihan mungkin mengambil masa 1-3 hari bekerja untuk disemak dan diselesaikan.
⚠ Permohonan Tidak Lengkap: Permohonan yang tidak lengkap atau mempunyai maklumat yang salah mungkin menyebabkan kelewatan atau penolakan. Pastikan semua maklumat yang diperlukan diberikan dengan betul.
