I have made a withdrawal request from Hata to another exchange/wallet. However, I have not received my funds yet. Why?
Transferring funds from your Hata account to another exchange or wallet involves three steps:
Withdrawal request on Hata
Blockchain network confirmation
Deposit on the corresponding platform
Normally, a TxID(Transaction ID) will be generated within 30-60 minutes. This indicates that Hata has successfully broadcasted the withdrawal transaction.
However, it might still take some time for that transaction to be confirmed and even longer for the funds to be actually credited into the destination wallet. This is because the amount of “network confirmations” varies depending on the type of blockchain.
As an example:
Josh decides to withdraw 1 BTC from Hata to his personal wallet. After confirmation of the request, he needs to wait until Hata creates and broadcasts the transaction.
After the transaction is created, Josh will be able to see the TxID on his Hata account page. At this point, the transaction will be pending or unconfirmed and the 1 BTC will be temporarily frozen.
After the network confirms the transaction, Josh will receive the 1 BTC in his personal wallet after 2 network confirmations.
In summary, Josh has to wait for 2 network confirmations until the deposit showed up in his wallet but the number of confirmations varies depending on the wallet or exchange.
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as network congestion, there might be significant delays in processing your transaction. You may use the TxID to look up the status of your transaction.
Note: If the TxID is not generated afer 6 hours after confirmation, please contact Hata Customer Support by submitting a ticket on Hata's Helpdesk for assistance and attach your withdrawal history screenshot of the relevant transaction.
Please provide detailed information so that our customer service representative can assist you in a timely manner.
