Why Did I Not Receive My DuitNow ID Withdrawal

DuitNow is a Malaysian national money transfer service that allows for real-time payments between registered bank accounts. 


On Hata, your account will be directly linked to your DuitNow ID that is based on your MyKad (NRIC) number. If you initiated a fiat withdrawal via DuitNow and have not received the funds in your bank account, listed below are several reasons why this error may have occurred.

How do I check which bank account my DuitNow ID has been linked to?

If you are unable to recall which bank account your DuitNow ID is linked to, you may view all your registrations at any one of your bank accounts even though the registration has been done on a different bank account. All available DuitNow IDs are listed in the DuitNow Maintenance Page which is commonly found under “Settings” in your Internet or Mobile Banking. There is a status on each DuitNow ID registration specifying the bank account linked to it.
