Firstly, kindly ensure you have signed up and completed verification for a Hata account.
- After logging in, navigate to the Profile page.
- For residents in Malaysia, you will automatically be given a Hata Global and Hata Malaysia account.
- For non-Malaysian residents, you will only have access to your Hata Global account.
- For non-Malaysians with a valid residency in Malaysia, if you have not been given a Hata Malaysia account, you can add it to your Hata account. Select [Add Hata Malaysia - MYR Platform].
- Confirm if you wish to share your personal data to our Malaysian entity - Hata Digital Sdn Bhd or Labuan entity - Hata Capital Limited in order to obtain a Hata Malaysia or Global account. If you agree, tick the checkbox and select [Confirm].
- Congratulations! You've successfully added Hata Malaysia or Hata Global platform to your Hata account.
