Instructions below show how you can deposit USD into Hata via SWIFT.
- Log in to your Hata account and select [Wallet]. Additionally, please ensure that you are logged into your Hata Global account.
- Once you have been redirected into the wallet page, select the FIAT Currency under your Fiat Wallet that you wish to deposit. In this case, [USD].
- Once in your USD wallet, select [Deposit].
- Please make the fiat deposit to Hata's bank account with the bank account details stated in your deposit page.
(Please note that the bank transfer details have been omitted from the screenshot above. Please refer to the account details provided on your deposit page.)
- Once you have completed the bank transfer, select [Submit Proof of Deposit]. In order to speed up the deposit process, please provide more details on your bank transfer:
- Upload the bank transfer receipt.
- Please make sure document attached (PDF, JPEG, PNG) contains your full name, date and amount of deposit and reference number information.
- Input your desired amount to deposit.
- Input the bank reference code for the transfer
- Upload the bank transfer receipt.
- Enter the required details and select [Continue].
- Congratulations! You have successfully made a fiat deposit. Your transaction will take approximately 1-4 working days to be reflected in your Hata account.
