How to Withdraw USD via SWIFT

Instructions below show how you can withdraw USD from Hata via SWIFT.

• Log in to your Hata account and select [Wallet]. Additionally, please ensure that you are logged into your Hata Global account.

• Once you have been redirected into the wallet page, select the FIAT Currency under your Fiat Wallet that you wish to withdraw. In this case, [USD].

• Once in your USD wallet, select [Withdraw].

• If you have not added a bank account, you must add one by selecting [Add New Bank Details].

• Input your bank account information and SWIFT code. Ensure that it is your own bank account as you may only withdraw funds to your own bank account. Ensure that your full name is shown correctly otherwise, your withdrawal will be unsuccessful.
  

Once you have the required information in the fields, select [Save Bank Details].

• Select [Confirm] once you have confirmed that your information is correct.

Note:

• You may only withdraw money to a bank account associated with your name in your Hata account. 
• Withdrawals to bank accounts un-associated with your Hata account is strictly prohibited.
  
• Joint bank account withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• You may be charged with bank transaction fees if your bank account withdrawal is rejected due to the above reasons.

• As a security measure, you will be required to enter a verification code sent to your email and your Two-Factor authentication (2FA) code. Click on [Send code] and enter the required information. Select [Next] after entering the required codes.

• Congratulations! You have successfully added your bank account.

• After adding your bank, select your newly added bank.

• Input your desired amount to withdraw and select [Next].

• Confirm details in your withdrawal request. Ensure your request withdrawal amount is correct and you can see the withdrawal fee for your withdrawal request. After that, select [Continue].

• You will be prompted to complete verification.

• Congratulations! You have created a withdrawal request. Please wait patiently for the transaction to be processed. Typically, you will receive the funds within 1-4 working days depending on bank's processes.
