If you cannot see any emails sent by Hata, please follow the guide below to check your email settings:
- Please check if you have logged into the email address registered with Hata. Sometimes you might have been logged out of your email account on your devices. Hence, you cannot see Hata emails. Kindly login and refresh your email.
- Did you check your spam folder in your email? If you find that your email service provider is moving Hata’s emails into your spam folder, you can mark them as “safe” by whitelisting Hata’s email addresses. You can refer to "How to Whitelist Hata Emails" article under Account Functions section in the FAQ.

- Please check if there are any security conflicts caused by your firewall or anti-virus software with your email service provider.
- Please check if your email inbox is full. If you have reached maximum capacity, you are not able to receive any new emails. You can delete some of your old emails to free up space to receive new emails.
- If possible, get an email from common email service providers such as Google/Outlook, etc.
