On Hata, your staking rewards depend on several factors including:
Principal Stake: The amount of cryptocurrency you stake.
Estimated Annual Percentage Rate (APR): The estimated yearly interest rate offered for staking.
Lock-in Period: The duration for which you commit your stake.
The estimated rewards can be calculated using the following formula:
Estimated Rewards = [Deposited Asset × ((APR / 365) × Lock-in Period)]
For example, if you stake 1 SOL for 14 days with an APR of 7%, the staking rewards for the first day would be calculated as:
Estimated Staking Rewards:
[(1 SOL) × ((7% / 365) × 14 days)] = 0.00268493 SOL
If you have enabled auto-subscribe for your staking plan, the displayed estimated accrued rewards will automatically increase over time. Please note that rewards are not compounded but are distributed to your crypto wallet after each staking cycle.
Note: Your estimated accrued rewards may be viewed at any time in the Staking Summary page. However, the actual rewards received may differ from the estimated amount displayed. This is because staking rewards are determined by the underlying blockchain protocol, and the APR may fluctuate. Additionally, rewards are not always released daily and may only be distributed periodically, depending on the blockchain’s reward cycle. While the estimated rewards provide a helpful projection, they are not guaranteed. To view the actual rewards that you have received, you may check it in the Transaction History page.
