How to View Delisting Information for Spot and Margin Tokens/Trading Pairs on Hata

Modified on Mon, 24 Jul, 2023 at 11:41 AM

Hata regularly assesses each digital asset listed to ensure it maintains the required high standard. If a cryptocurrency no longer meets this standard, we will conduct a more comprehensive review and may delist it to safeguard the interests of our users.

Several factors we consider when delisting a digital asset:

  • The project team’s commitment;
  • The project’s development and quality;
  • The asset’s trading volume and liquidity;
  • The network’s security and stability;
  • The network/smart contract’s stability;
  • The project team’s responsiveness to our periodic due diligence requests;
  • The project’s contribution to a healthy and sustainable crypto ecosystem;
  • Any evidence of unethical/fraudulent conduct or negligence.

Where to access the delisting information?

  • You can view the delisting announcements from the website and the App.

How to view the delisting details?

Hata will publish an announcement regarding the delisting of a token or trading pair to inform users. If you have the specific token in your Spot or Margin Wallet, you will receive a notification through the Hata App and an announcement in your registered email.

  • For tokens that are on the verge of being delisted, you will be notified via both the App and email on the day of the announcement and one day before the actual delisting takes place.

  • Regarding trading pairs scheduled for removal, you will receive notifications through the App and email on the day of the announcement.

  • However, for events like token swaps, rebranding, and redenomination, no notifications will be sent via the App or email.

Before the scheduled delisting date, borrowing for the margin trading pairs involved will be halted. If you currently hold any open margin positions for the delisting token or pair, they will be automatically closed and liquidated at the delisting time. To prevent any possible losses, it is advised to manually close your positions before the delisting date.

Additionally, when you access a token or trading pair that is set to be delisted, you will receive a notification specifying the date and time of the delisting.

After the token is delisted, it will be labeled as [Delisted] in your Wallet.
