How to Resolve Order Issues

Modified on Mon, 24 Jul, 2023 at 11:24 AM

From time to time, you might encounter issues with your trading orders on Binance. These problems could arise for the following reasons:

Your order is not being executed

Usually, your order remains pending due to:

  • Your limit price has not been reached by the last recorded price.

  • The price is experiencing rapid fluctuations in a brief timeframe. There is an insufficient number of counterparties available to match your order. It's important to understand that orders on the order book are executed in the order they were placed, so there may be other orders ahead of yours.

How to resolve it?

  • Visit the [Open Orders] section to review your order price and check if it has been successfully matched with a counterparty order.

  • To expedite the filling of your order, you may want to cancel it and place a new order at a more competitive price. Alternatively, you can use a market order to achieve a quicker execution.

Your order is experiencing technical issues

For technical problems, like being unable to cancel your order or delays in fund crediting, additional assistance is needed. Please reach out to Customer Support and include screenshots of the following:

  • Order details
  • Any error code or message
