The Buddy Bonus Programme rewards both you and your friend when your friend signs up using your referral code and successfully completes the required programme tasks.
How does the Buddy Bonus Programme work?
Share your referral code or referral link with a friend. Once your friend completes all required tasks and fulfils the programme conditions, rewards will be unlocked for both of you.
Who can participate in the Buddy Bonus Programme?
The Buddy Bonus Programme is only available to eligible individual users on the Hata Malaysia platform who complete KYC verification. Business accounts are not eligible to participate.

When must my friend enter my referral code?
Your friend must enter your referral code:
During registration, or
Within 30 days after signing up and completing KYC verification
Referral codes cannot be applied after the 30-day period.
What tasks must my friend complete?
To qualify for the Buddy Bonus Programme, your friend must:
Complete KYC verification
Deposit or Instant Buy at least RM250 worth of crypto
Complete a 90-day stake plan
All required tasks must be successfully completed and verified before rewards are unlocked.
What rewards will we receive?
Once all programme requirements have been completed:
The referred friend (referee) will receive RM25 worth of BTC
The referrer will receive RM15 worth of BTC
When will rewards be unlocked?
Rewards will be unlocked after all required tasks and the 90-day stake period have been successfully completed and verified.
How long do I have to claim my reward?
Rewards must be claimed within 30 days after they are unlocked. Unclaimed rewards will expire after the claim period ends and can no longer be redeemed.

Why is my reward still pending?
Rewards may remain pending if:
Required tasks are incomplete
The 90-day stake period is still ongoing
Verification checks are still in progress
Transactions are still being validated
Campaign conditions have not yet been fulfilled
Why was my referral deemed ineligible?
A referral may be deemed ineligible if:
The referral code was entered after the eligibility window
Another referral or affiliate code was previously used
The account is duplicate, fake, or self-referred
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
KYC verification was not completed
Can I participate in both the Buddy Bonus and Affiliate Programme?
Yes. Referrers may invite different friends through both the Buddy Bonus Programme and the Affiliate Programme.
However, each referred user (referee) may only participate in one referral programme at the point of sign-up. Once a referral code has been successfully applied to either the Buddy Bonus Programme or the Affiliate Programme, it cannot be changed or combined with another referral programme.
Can rewards be reversed or cancelled?
Yes. Hata reserves the right to withhold, reverse, reclaim, or cancel rewards in cases involving suspicious activity, abuse, transaction reversals, or breaches of programme rules.
What activities are prohibited?
Prohibited activities include:
Self-referrals
Fake or duplicate accounts
Referral abuse or manipulation
Spam promotions
Fraudulent transactions
Misleading campaign claims
Misuse of Hata branding or impersonation
Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, account restrictions, or legal action.
Can the Buddy Bonus Programme change?
Yes. Hata may modify, suspend, or terminate the Buddy Bonus Programme or its terms at any time where necessary.
