What Do the Referral Statuses Mean?
About the Buddy Bonus Programme
The Buddy Bonus Programme rewards both you and your referred friend when eligible programme requirements are completed. Once your friend successfully signs up using your referral code and all required tasks have been fulfilled and verified, rewards will be unlocked and made available for claiming.
You can track the progress of each referral through the status displayed in the app. The status indicates whether programme requirements are still being completed, rewards are available to claim, or rewards have already been claimed or expired.
Pending Tasks
Your referred friend has successfully registered and/or applied your referral code, but one or more required programme tasks have not yet been completed or verified.
You can view the referral's progress in the app, including which specific task(s) remain outstanding before rewards can be unlocked.
Rewards will remain pending until all eligibility requirements have been successfully completed and verified.
What should I do?
Check the referral progress tracker in the app.
Review the specific outstanding task(s) displayed.
Complete any remaining requirements and allow time for verification.
Pending Claim
All programme requirements have been successfully completed and verified, and the rewards have been unlocked.
Both the referrer and referred friend may now claim their rewards within the applicable claim period.
What should I do?
Claim your reward before the claim period expires.
Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of being unlocked.
Claimed
The reward has been successfully claimed and credited to the eligible user's account.
No further action is required.
What should I do?
Your reward has already been credited to your account.
Expired
The reward was not claimed within the 30-day claim period after being unlocked.
Expired rewards can no longer be claimed, redeemed, or reinstated.
What should I do?
Expired rewards are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
Be sure to claim future rewards before the 30-day claim period ends.
