There is a minimum amount for each send request. If the amount is too little, you will not be able to execute a send. You may refer to Hata’s fees page to check the minimum withdrawal amount and transaction fees for each type of cryptocurrency available on Hata. However, please note that the minimum send amount and fees changes without notice due to unforeseeable factors such as network congestion.

Note: Minimum send amount and fee is dependent on the type of network you are using.

Therefore, ensure that you select the correct network. For example, if the address you are sending to is an ERC20 address (Ethereum blockchain), you MUST select the ERC20 option before sending your assets. You MUST select the network that is compatible with the receiving address. If you select the wrong network, you will lose your funds.
