    Send via Crypto Network

If you are sending to a wallet address via the crypto network, select the [Send via Crypto Network] option.

You will be required to fill in the transfer details on the Send Crypto page directly:

    • Network: Select the correct network for your transfer (e.g., XRP Ledger). Ensure this matches the receiving wallet's network.

    How to choose a network?

    • BEP2 refers to the BNB Beacon Chain (former Binance Chain).

    • BEP20 refers to the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) (former Binance Smart Chain).

    • ERC20 refers to the Ethereum network. Its native cryptocurrency is ETH.

    • TRC20 refers to the TRON network.

    • EOS refers to the Enterprise Operation System network.

    • BTC refers to the Bitcoin network.

    • BTC (SegWit) refers to Native Segwit (bech32), and the address starts with “bc1”. You can withdraw or send Bitcoin to SegWit (bech32) addresses.

    • For networks such as BEP2 or EOS, you must fill in the Memo when making a transfer, or your address cannot be detected.

    • The network selection depends on the options provided by the external wallet/exchange that you are making the withdrawal from. If the external platform only supports ERC20, you must select the ERC20 deposit network.

    • DO NOT select the cheapest fee option. Select the one that is compatible with the external platform. For example, you can only send ERC20 tokens to another ERC20 address, and you can only send BSC tokens to another BSC address. If you select incompatible/different deposit networks, you will lose your funds.

    • After you have confirmed the network, proceed to [NEXT].

    • Wallet address: Enter the receiving wallet address. You may copy and paste the address directly, or click the scanner icon to scan a QR code to obtain the address automatically.

    • Recipient full name: Enter the recipient's full name, or simply toggle the [My address] button if you are sending it to your own external wallet.

    • Address origin: Choose whether the receiving wallet is an Exchange or a Private Wallet.

    Private wallets are wallets that are stored in your computer/mobile device/hardware. Eg:Trust Wallet / MetaMask/ Exodus/ MYEtherWallet etc;

Exchange Wallets are typically wallets stored and provided by an online exchange.

    Eg: Binance / Coinbase/ Kraken/ Bitstamp/Bitfinex

    • If the Wallet is from an exchange, please input & select which Exchange.

    • If the Wallet is a private wallet from a Decentralized platform, please input & select which platform (i.e: Metamask / Trust Wallet / Exodus etc...)

    • If you are sending to an external private wallet, Input the wallet address that you wish to send to. Please ensure your address is copied & pasted instead of manually typed in to avoid any typing errors. Your funds may be lost if you input an incorrect address

    • Send amount: Input the amount you would like to send.

    • Now, you can save your newly added address in your address book to send funds to.

    • After selecting [Continue]

    • confirm if the send details are correct on the confirmation page. Swipe to [Confirm].

    • As a security measure, you will be required to enter a verification code sent to your email and your Two-Factor authentication (2FA) code. Click on [Send code] and enter the required information. Select [Next] after entering the required codes.
