At Hata, we are constantly evolving to bring you a crypto trading experience that is as secure as it is seamless. Over the past few months, our design and engineering teams have been working behind the scenes on a major revamp of the Hata user interface. Today, we are excited to announce that we are beginning to roll out this new, upgraded experience to our community.
Why are we updating the UI?
As the crypto ecosystem evolves, so should your trading experience. We listened to your feedback and redesigned our platform from the ground up to be intuitive, cleaner, and easier to navigate. Whether you are depositing fiat, staking assets, or executing a spot trade, the new user experience is designed to reduce friction and get you to your goals faster.
As part of this update, we’ve also introduced several highly requested refinements - including a new Dark Mode option - to ensure your trading environment is as comfortable as it is functional.
A Glimpse into the Future
This update marks a significant milestone, but it is only the beginning. Think of this new UI as a glimpse into the future of Hata. We have a robust roadmap ahead, with many exciting features and rollouts planned that we can’t wait to share with you as they arrive.

Notice a different design? Here is why.
To ensure the smoothest possible transition and maintain the highest level of platform stability, we are releasing this update as a Phased Rollout.
What this means: Starting on 9/3/2026, a randomized percentage of our active users will be upgraded to the new UI.
If your screen looks different: Don't worry! If you log in and see a sleek new dashboard, congratulations! you are part of our initial rollout group.
If your screen looks the same: You are still on our classic interface. We will be gradually transitioning all users to the new design over the coming week.
Please note: It is completely normal if your account shows the new design while a friend or family member's account still shows the classic design during this transition period.
Your Funds and Security Remain Unchanged
While the look of the exchange is changing, the underlying engine is exactly the same.
Your funds, balances, and transaction history are completely safe and unaffected.
All your security settings, including 2FA, Passkeys, and Anti-Phishing Codes, remain fully active.
All core functionalities (Deposits, Withdrawals, Trading) operate exactly as they always have.
We Value Your Feedback (and a New Way to speak to us!)
This evolution is built for you. As you explore the new interface, you’ll notice we’ve also updated our Support Messenger in the bottom corner of your screen. This is a subtle but important part of our commitment to improving how we listen to and speak with our customers.
Alongside our updated Messenger, we are excited to launch our brand-new Help Centre platform. While our core guides and FAQs remain the same trusted resources you rely on, the new Help Centre is designed to make searching for answers faster and easier to navigate.
